September 4, 2007 Thirty-Sixth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with Darrell Bang and Dennis May present. Jeff Creger was absent.

Motion by Bang, second by May, carried to approve the August 27, 2007 board minutes.

Motion by Bang, second by May, carried to approve the detour if necessary from Cardinal Ave. west on 410^th St. to Aspen Ave. north to 425^th St. and east to Bluebill Ave.

Motion by Bang, second by May, carried to approve the master contract between Iowa Department of Economic Development and Manly Terminal for the High Quality Job Creation Program.

Motion by Bang, second by May, carried to approve the payroll eligibility verification for Jeanette M. Hanson at $10.16/hr. submitted by the Public Health department.

Motion by Bang, second by May, carried to approve the salary increases for Tim Tuttle to $16.89/hr, Lynn Chapin to $10.16/hr, Allan Thompson to $10.16/hr, Lisa Olson to $10.16/hr, Jessica Johnson to $10.16/hr, Denise Schacht to $10.16/hr, and James Tanner to $10.16/hr.

Motion by Bang, second by May, carried to approve the claim to Doug Petersburg in the amount of $118.85 for drainage submitted by the engineer’s department.

Motion by Bang, second by May, carried to approve the planning grant agreement between Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management Division and Worth County, Iowa.

Motion by Bang, second by May, carried to approve the MOU-2008-CO98 between the Iowa Department of Public Health and Worth County Board of Supervisors.
