September 29, 2008 Fortieth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by May, second by Bang, carried to approve the September 22, 2008 board minutes.

Motion by May, second by Bang, carried to approve the claim to U. S. Postal Service in the amount of $200.00 for postage submitted by the auditor’s office.

Motion by Bang, second by May, carried to recess the regular board meeting.

Motion by May, second by Bang, carried to open the public hearing at 10:00 A.M. for the second reading of Ordinance #09/22/05 Subdivision Ordinance of Worth County, IA. Public comment was heard.

Motion by May, second by Bang, carried to close the public hearing at 10:10 A.M.

Motion by Bang, second by May, carried to reconvene the regular board meeting.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., October 6, 2008.
