The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.
Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the August 24, 2009 board minutes.
Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to authorize Jim Hyde to obtain the permits necessary from the Union Pacific railroad to proceed with the repairs in DD35.
The board received notification from the Winnebago
County Board of Supervisors of a public hearing on WinnebagoDD2/WorthDD3 on
October 6, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the Winnebago County Courthouse. Certified letters will be sent to the
