November 16, 2009 Forty-Sixth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the November 9, 2009 board minutes.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve the claim to Mathy Construction, roads/eng - $411,819.31.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve the payroll eligibility verification for Adam D. Sauer at $1,200/month submitted by the county attorney’s department.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the clerk of court and sheriff monthly reports.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., November 23, 2009.
