April 20, 2009 Sixteenth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, carried to approve the April 13, 2009 board minutes.

Motion by Haugen, second by Creger, to approve Resolution #04/20/09 to fix a date for a public hearing on a loan agreement for May 11, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. Roll call vote: Yea – Creger, Haugen, & May; Nay – None. Motion carried.

Motion by Creger, second by Haugen, carried to approve the claim to U. S. Postal Service in the amount of $80.00 for postage/engineer.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., April 27, 2009.
