March 1, 2010 Ninth Day

The Worth County Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment with all members present.

Motion by May, second by Creger, carried to approve the February 22, 2010 board minutes and add deputy appointment to the agenda.

Motion by Creger, second by May, carried to approve the appointment of Andy Grunhovd as deputy by Jay Langenbau, Sheriff.

Motion by May, second by Creger, carried to approve the certification of Cost Allocation Plan.

Motion by Creger, second by May, carried to approve the claims to Qwest-service/E911-$236.52 and to Postmaster-postage/eng-$88.00.

The meeting adjourned until 9:00 A.M., March 8, 2010.
